Job summary

Dort Financial Credit Union is seeking a part-time Branch Support Specialist to be the primary contact for members and to provide a full range of credit union services. You will contribute a friendly, outgoing approach to every interaction and support branch operations across locations.

The role emphasizes member service, product knowledge, and the ability to travel between branches as needed, with a focus on timely and accurate processing of transactions and inquiries.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• At least one year of credit union, banking or administrative customer service experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office or similar software.
• Must be bondable.

Responsibilities

• Manage lobby traffic and greet members.
• Answer questions about Credit Union products and services.
• Assist members with account services, loans and teller transactions.
• Resolve member concerns and reconcile accounts.
• Educate members on managing finances effectively.
• Identify opportunities to refer products and services that support member financial well-being.
• Build strong, supportive member relationships.
