Dort Financial Credit Union is hiring a part‑time Branch Support Specialist to serve members across locations. You will be the first point of contact, greeting members and handling a full range of credit union services with a positive, outgoing approach.

The role requires travel to multiple branches, flexible communication, and a focus on helping members manage their finances, loans, and teller transactions while building lasting relationships.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year of credit union, banking or administrative customer service experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office or similar software.

Responsibilities

• Manage lobby traffic and greet members.
• Answer questions about Credit Union products and services.
• Assist members with account services, loans and teller transactions.
• Resolve member concerns and reconcile accounts.
• Educate members on managing their finances effectively.
• Identify opportunities to refer products and services to support member financial well‑being.
• Build strong, supportive member relationships.
