Mountain America Credit Union in West Jordan, UT is hiring a Part-Time Member Service Representative to provide exceptional service, assist with account needs, and explain our products to members.

Qualifications

• At least six months of customer service experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• A valid driver’s license is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional member service by assessing member needs and assisting with transactions, including new accounts and servicing existing accounts.
• Advise members on MACU products and services to meet their financial goals.
• Strive to meet sales and service goals and use lead lists to contact members for additional consultations.
• Maintain accurate branch procedures and handle routine transactions with attention to security and compliance.
• Resolve member issues promptly and follow up to ensure satisfaction.
• Represent the credit union professionally in dress and actions and keep workspace organized.
