Mountain America Credit Union is seeking a Part-time Member Service & Sales Representative (Teller) in North Ogden, UT. The role focuses on delivering exceptional member experiences, handling transactions, and cross-selling financial services to meet members’ needs.

Schedule is Part Time with varied hours Monday–Friday and some Saturday coverage. Starting pay is $17.50/hour with potential increases and incentives; comprehensive benefits and 401K are offered to eligible employees.

Qualifications

• Six months of customer service experience required.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• A valid driver’s license required.
• Proficient computer operating skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional member service by assessing needs and advising on MACU products and services.
• Process transactions accurately and maintain cash drawer per policy.
• Open new accounts and service existing accounts as needed.
• Cross-sell MACU products and services to meet member needs.
• Maintain branch security and assist in opening/closing procedures.
