Job summary

Mountain America Credit Union in Vernal, UT is seeking a Part-Time Member Service/Teller to provide exceptional service, open new accounts, service existing accounts, and cross-sell products. This role supports 20–25 hours per week with a starting pay of $17.50 per hour and incentives.

Qualifications

• At least six months of customer service experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• A valid driver’s license is required and MSR onboarding will occur within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional member service by assessing needs and advising on options.
• Open new accounts, service existing accounts, and explain MACU products.
• Cross-sell financial services and handle daily branch transactions.
• Maintain accuracy and comply with branch procedures and security rules.
