Mountain America Credit Union is seeking a part-time Member Service Representative at the Ogden, UT branch. You will provide exceptional member service, assess needs, and help members with transactions and product recommendations.

Qualifications

• Six months of customer service experience (minimum).
• Industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional member service through needs assessment and product recommendations.
• Assist members with account transactions and product inquiries.
• Maintain accurate cash drawer and process routine banking operations.
• Follow compliance, security, and branch procedures; respond to member inquiries promptly.
