Responsibilities

• Receives and processes member transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and payments.
• Promotes and cross-sells credit union products and services.
• Welcomes members and provides routine information, directing to the appropriate department as needed.
• Performs miscellaneous tasks such as typing, filing, emailing, and answering the phone.
