Allegiance Credit Union in Oklahoma City is seeking a Part-Time Member Service Representative at the Main Branch. You will assist members with financial transactions, ensure accuracy in cash handling, provide account information and maintenance, and resolve basic service issues with courtesy.

The schedule is Monday through Friday 2:00 p.m. – 6:15 p.m. and Saturdays 8:45 a.m. – 1:15 p.m. Part‑time employees are scheduled for 21–29 hours weekly; attendance is essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Handles deposits, withdrawals and loan payments.
• Promotes and cross-sells credit union products and services.
• Welcomes members and provides routine information and directs to appropriate department.
• Typing, filing, emails, and answering the telephone.

Responsibilities

• Receives and processes member financial transactions, including deposits, withdrawals and loan payments; balances cash drawer.
• Promotes and cross-sells credit union products and services.
• Welcomes members and provides routine information and directs to appropriate department.
• Performs miscellaneous tasks such as typing, filing, emails, and answering the phone.
