Communication Federal Credit Union in Lawton, OK is seeking a friendly Member Service Representative to deliver prompt, courteous service and process teller transactions. You will cross-sell credit union products aligned with members' financial needs and serve as the front-line contact for most member dealings.

This role supports a rotating weekly schedule, with early shifts starting at 7:45am and some Saturdays, and provides opportunities for development within a member-focused, collaborative

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in financial institution or retail customer sales/service.
• Prior cash-handling experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Accurately process teller transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments.
• Serve as primary contact and build relationships with CFCU members.
• Understand and cross-sell CFCU products and services.
• Achieve individual and branch goals for member experience, transaction accuracy, and product cross-sells.
