Qualifications

• Prior experience in customer service is a must.

• Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs and stay on your feet during shifts.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and assist with transactions.
• Promote banking products and services.
• Verify cash in drawer at start and end of shift.
• Process deposits, loan payments, and other transactions.
• Disburse cash and cash checks.
• Handle teller duties and respond to member inquiries.
• Balance branch and assist with ATM operations.
• Protect the credit union from fraud.
