Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills for direct professional contact with a wide variety of people on a daily basis.
• Exhibits good accuracy, productivity, and member service.
• Punctual and maintains a neat, professional appearance; uses proper business etiquette.

Responsibilities

• Assists members in opening new accounts, processing transactions, applying for loans, and explaining financial products and services.
• Provides warm, welcoming, and personalized service to every member who visits or contacts the credit union.
• Informs members about credit union products and directs to appropriate department if needed.
• Understands members' financial needs to educate and offer suitable products and services.
• Collaborates with team members and departments to meet organizational goals and maintain a positive work environment.
• Participates in community events to promote financial literacy and strengthen local ties.
