Redwood Credit Union is looking for a Part-Time Member Relationship Specialist (Banker) at Branch 18 - North Dutton in Santa Rosa, California. Onsite and customer-focused, you’ll open accounts, process loans, and provide exceptional member service to the community.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering member service in a financial institution.
• Ability to open accounts and process loan documentation.
• Strong attention to confidentiality and accuracy.

Responsabilités

• Provide excellent service to Members, volunteers, internal employees, and service providers.
• Cross-sell Redwood Credit Union products and services.
• Open accounts and match Member needs to products and services.
• Determine appropriate loan products to meet Member needs.
• Obtain information to complete loan applications and collect documents.
• Complete loan funding and recommend additional products.
• Research Member questions and respond accurately.
• Safeguard member information and follow procedures.
• Perform file maintenance on accounts and reconcile cash nightly.
• Conduct audits of documents and files; answer phone requests.
• Participate in branch meetings and perform opening/closing duties.
