Job summary

All One Credit Union in Holden, MO is seeking a part-time Member Relationship Representative I to provide exceptional member experiences by combining teller transactions with consultative service.

This role supports member financial needs, aims to meet sales goals, and involves onboarding new members, opening deposits, and handling routine banking tasks. Hours are 25 per week with a Monday/Wednesday/Friday 10:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. and Saturday 8:30 a.m.–12:15 p.m.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 1-3 years of customer service and sales experience.
• At least 6 months experience with cash handling.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skills.
• Must engage members to optimize sales opportunities.
• Proficient with technology including Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional member experiences while processing teller transactions.
• Identify member financial needs and offer appropriate solutions.
• Meet or exceed member service and sales goals.
• Onboard new members and open deposit accounts; handle routine banking tasks.
• Contribute to branch operations and audits as needed.
• Promote products and services to enhance the member relationship.
