Job summary

All One Credit Union is seeking a Member Relationship Representative I in Sterling, MA. This part-time role (20 hours weekly) focuses on delivering exceptional member experiences through sales and service, processing teller transactions, and addressing financial needs with a consultative approach.

You will identify member requirements, recommend solutions, complete account tasks, and support branch operations while upholding security and compliance policies.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 1-3 years of customer service and sales experience.
• At least six months experience with cash handling.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skills.
• Must be skilled in engaging members in conversation to optimize sales opportunities.
• Must have working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Process teller transactions and member services.
• Cultivate and maintain member relationships.
• Identify member financial needs and provide solutions.
• Refer to product specialists when needed to meet member needs.
• Complete onboarding new members and routine banking tasks.
• Support branch operations and audits.
• Uphold security and compliance policies, including BSA and OFAC.
