All One Credit Union is seeking a Part-time Member Relationship Representative I in Wisconsin. The role focuses on exceptional member experiences, processing teller transactions, and consultative sales to address financial needs.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1–3 years of customer service and sales experience is preferred.
• At least 6 months of cash handling experience is expected.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional member experiences in the branch.
• Identify member financial needs and recommend solutions.
• Execute sales and servicing tasks, including banking transactions.
• Assist with onboarding and routine account activities.
• Participate in branch operational tasks and cash handling processes.
• Maintain knowledge of products and services to upsell where appropriate.
• Comply with BSA, OFAC, and credit union policies.
