Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ years of experience in a sales or member service role with cash handling.
• Strong customer service orientation with the ability to exceed member expectations.
• Proficiency with core banking applications and MS Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate strong relationships with members to understand financial needs and promote CU products.
• Deliver exceptional member experience with personalized service and prompt issue resolution.
• Identify opportunities to grow memberships and deposits through proactive engagement.
• Balance teller duties with platform services based on member demand.
• Assist with daily branch tasks including opening/closing and resolving outages.
