Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• One to three years of customer service and sales experience.
• At least six months experience with cash handling.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skills.
• Must be skilled in engaging members in conversation to optimize sales opportunities.
• Must have working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Process teller transactions and provide member service.
• Cultivate, maintain, and enhance member relationships.
• Identify member financial needs and offer appropriate solutions.
• Onboard new members and open deposit accounts.
• Participate in branch operations such as audits and cash settlements.
• Ensure compliance with policies and procedures and protect member information.
