National Fitness Partners, a Planet Fitness franchise, is hiring for a part-time Customer Service Representative in Altoona, PA. Starting pay is $11 per hour with a schedule Monday/Friday with shifts listed, and raises at set intervals as you gain tenure.

You will assist members, answer questions, sign up new members, process purchases, promote PE@PF classes, and maintain a clean, welcoming club environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service to Planet Fitness members and guests, ensuring a Judgement Free experience.
• Answer phones in a friendly manner using information script.
• Greet members, sign up and tour new members, and log amenities.
• Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Process beverage or merchandise purchases through the point of sale system.
• Promote our fitness instruction classes (PE@PF) to active and new members.
• Provide a clean, sanitized and safe club environment.
