Job summary

National Fitness Partners, owner of Planet Fitness locations, is hiring a Customer Service Representative in Springfield, PA. This full-time role starts at $12 per hour with a 1pm–9pm shift on Tue-Thu and 1:15pm–9:15pm Fri; hourly increases at 180 days, 1 year, and every 6 months after the first year.

You will greet members, answer calls, process purchases at the POS, and promote fitness classes while maintaining a clean, safe club environment.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is required.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Must be 18+ years old.
• Basic computer proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service to Planet Fitness members and guests.
• Answer phones using information script.
• Greet members, sign up and tour new members, and log amenities.
• Respond to member questions and concerns promptly.
• Process beverage or merchandise purchases at the POS system.
• Promote fitness instruction classes to members and new members.
• Provide a clean, sanitized and safe club environment.
