Job summary

National Fitness Partners is hiring a part-time Customer Service Representative at our Altoona, PA location. You will greet members, sign up new members, book tours, and assist with day-to-day operations in a Judgement Free Planet Fitness club environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or retail is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, team environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service to Planet Fitness members and guests.
• Answer phones and greet members, sign up new members, and tour facilities.
• Operate the POS system for beverages/merchandise purchases and log amenities.
• Promote fitness classes and assist with club cleanliness and safety.
