Job summary

National Fitness Partners, the Planet Fitness franchise, is seeking a part-time Customer Service Representative to assist members and guests and uphold a Judgement Free environment. You will handle calls, greet members, process sign-ups, and promote fitness classes while delivering friendly service.

Starting at $12 per hour with planned increases at 180 days, 1 year, and every 6 months after the first year, based on anniversary dates.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work weekends and evenings.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones in a friendly manner using information script.
• Greet members, sign up and tour new members, and log amenities.
• Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Process beverage or merchandise purchases through the point of sale system.
• Promote our fitness instruction classes (PE@PF) to active and new members.
• Provide a clean, sanitized and safe club environment.
