Qualifications

• Six months of customer service experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent completed.
• Valid driver’s license may be required.
• Proficient computer operating skills, including MS Office.
• Ability to cross-sell financial services to members.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional member service at the window and teller stations.
• Open new accounts and service existing member accounts.
• Explain products and services to meet member needs.
• Process routine transactions accurately and securely.
• Meet sales and service goals through consultative guidance.
• Maintain branch security and ensure accurate cash handling.
