Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional member service by assessing needs and advising on MACU products or services.
• Recognize member needs and educate on options to manage financial transactions using MACU tools.
• Meet sales and service goals and use leads to offer additional MACU products.
• Process branch transactions accurately and support security, opening/closing procedures, and customer inquiries.
