Qualifikationen

• Six months of customer service experience.
• Industry experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license required.

Aufgaben

• Provide exceptional member service by assessing needs and advising on MACU products and services.
• Cross-sell financial products to meet member needs and support branch goals.
• Maintain cash drawer and accurate transaction processing.
• Assist in opening/closing procedures and branch security measures.
• Respond promptly to emails/voicemails/missed calls and communicate professionally.
• Travel may be required and adherence to all regulations and policies.
