Excel Fitness in Waco, TX is seeking a part-time on-site Team Member to maintain club cleanliness, assist members, and support daily operations.

You will handle cash audits, update member data on tablets and POS, promote memberships, and ensure safety and compliance with company standards.

Qualifications include high school diploma, CPR/AED certification, ability to stand, strong communication, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and Excel.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• CPR Certification and AED Certification are required before working alone.
• Comfortable standing for long periods; strong communication and teamwork.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and using a computer.

Responsibilities

• Perform to your best abilities during your assigned work shift.
• Monitor and maintain club cleanliness and atmosphere.
• Stay proficient in Planet Fitness mobile app use, content, and updates.
• Ensure that all proper training has been completed to operate safely and efficiently.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure the club is presentable and up to Excel standards.
• Perform club walkarounds and complete assigned cleaning or related tasks.
• Audit and balance cash drawers daily.
• Input and update member information into tablets and point of sale.
