Job summary

Excel Fitness is seeking a Member Services Rep Front Desk for a part-time, on-site role in Waco, TX. You will greet members, handle check-ins, manage POS data, and assist with promotions while upholding safety and cleanliness standards.

The position requires CPR/AED training and a focus on excellent member service. The role demands strong communication, teamwork, and the ability to work flexible shifts including mornings, evenings, and weekends.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• CPR and AED certifications required before working alone.
• Able to stand for long periods.
• Strong communication and member service skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and computers.
• Familiar with Excel’s mission, values, and Planet Fitness brand.

Responsibilities

• Perform to your best abilities during your assigned work shift.
• Monitor club cleanliness and atmosphere and maintain safety.
• Stay proficient in Planet Fitness app use, content, and updates.
• Operate cash drawers and input member data into tablets and POS.
• Promote memberships and assist prospects and potential members.
• Assist GM and AM with promotions and operational tasks.
• Ensure the club complies with policies and laws and provide quality member service.
