Job summary

Excel Fitness is seeking a dedicated Member Services Representative for part-time, on-site work at our Richardson club. You will assist members, handle POS transactions, promote memberships, and maintain a clean, welcoming environment.

The role requires strong communication, reliability, and the ability to work evenings and weekends. CPR/AED certification will be provided if needed; familiarity with Excel and Microsoft Office is valued to support daily operations.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• CPR and AED certification will be provided if needed.
• Comfortable standing for long periods.
• Great communication skills with internal and external customers.
• Team-oriented, motivated and well-organized.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiar with Excel and Planet Fitness brand.

Responsibilities

• Assist members at the front desk and process check-ins with a positive attitude.
• Operate the point-of-sale system for drinks and merchandise.
• Maintain club cleanliness and ensure a welcoming atmosphere.
• Promote memberships and participate in outreach events.
• Adhere to all policies, training, and safety procedures.
• Collaborate with management to resolve member questions and issues.
