Job summary

Qualifications

• A minimum of one year up to three years of similar or related experience, including preparatory experience.
• A high school degree or equivalent.
• Ability to follow BSA/AML regulatory requirements and confidentiality standards.
• Proficiency with digital banking tools and basic banking product knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Provide unsurpassed service experiences and build member relationships by phone, email, chat, or other digital channels.
• Assist with opening personal and specialized accounts, including IRAs and trusts.
• Process transactions, respond to inquiries, and resolve issues with accuracy and care.
