Job summary

Planet Fitness in Jackson, MI is seeking a Customer Service Representative to greet members and guests and provide a superior level of customer service. The role includes answering phones, signing up new members, and assisting with member questions and concerns.

Shifts run 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM PT with a $1/hour premium for hours 10:00 PM-6:00 AM and a range of healthcare and retirement benefits for eligible employees. Join a team focused on a member-first, judgment-free experience.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Punctuality and reliability is a must.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Must be able to lift 45 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests, provide exceptional customer service and make members feel welcome.
• Answer phones in a friendly manner and assist callers with questions.
• Check in members, give club tours and sign up new members, log amenities and communicate updates and billing issues to members and guests.
• Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Regular cleaning of the facility, bathrooms, equipment, front desk area and amenities.
