Planet Fitness in Taylor, MI is seeking a Customer Service Representative to provide a superior level of service to members, prospective members and guests, ensuring an exceptional "Judgement Free" member experience.

The role involves greeting members, answering phones, completing member sign-ups, giving club tours, handling updates and billing questions, and keeping the facility clean to maintain a welcoming environment. This is a part-time position with a set schedule.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Punctuality and reliability is a must.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Continual standing and walking during your shift.
• Continual talking to members and potential members in person and on the phone during your shift.
• Must be able to lift 45 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests, providing exceptional customer service and making them feel welcome.
• Answer phones in a friendly manner and assist callers with questions.
• Check in members, give club tours and sign up new members, log amenities and communicate updates and billing issues.
• Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Regular cleaning of entire facility, bathrooms, equipment, front desk area and amenities.
