Job summary

Altra Federal Credit Union is seeking a part-time Member Service Representative at our West Salem branch in Wisconsin. You will greet members, handle daily banking tasks, and promote products while ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance.

The role offers flexible hours (20 hours/week, Monday–Friday and some Saturdays), with bilingual premiums and a strong focus on member service and confidentiality. Join a mission-driven team committed to community well-being.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background in customer service.
• Cash handling or teller experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and assist with daily banking needs (deposits, withdrawals, transfers, loan payments, inquiries).
• Process transactions accurately per policies and regulatory requirements.
• Promote credit union products and services to meet member needs and support growth.
• Promote in-branch technology and assist members with digital services.
• Maintain member confidentiality and follow security procedures.
• Resolve member questions promptly, escalating when needed.
• Balance cash drawers and prepare daily reports.
• Support other branch functions as needed.
