National Fitness Partners is seeking a part-time Customer Service Representative to join our team. The role supports a high-volume gym environment with varied shifts and friendly member interactions.

Starting wage is $11 per hour with scheduled increases after 180 days, 1 year, and every six months thereafter. The position offers flexible shifts including mornings, mid-shifts, evenings, and mandatory weekend availability, contributing to a comprehensive fitness experience for over a million

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones in a friendly manner using information script.
• Greet members and assist with sign-ups and tours.
• Respond to member questions and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Process purchases through the point of sale system.
• Promote fitness classes to members and new sign-ups.
• Maintain a clean, sanitized, and safe club environment.
