TRUE Community Credit Union at the Clinton Branch is seeking a part-time Member Advisor who enjoys helping others, building relationships, and making a positive impact every day. You will help members open and maintain accounts, process transactions, and advise on loan options while safeguarding their financial well‑being.

This role offers up to 29 hours per week, with shifts starting as early as 8:00 a.m. and occasional Saturdays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year of retail, cash handling, banking, customer service, or related experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist members with transactions and account openings/maintenance.
• Guide members through loan applications and financial decisions.
• Identify opportunities to safeguard members from fraud and protect their financial well‑being.
