Job summary

TRUE Community Credit Union’s Downtown Jackson Branch is seeking a part-time Member Advisor to provide friendly, accurate service and help members make informed financial choices. You will be part of a team dedicated to guidance and trust in every interaction.

You will process transactions, open and maintain deposit accounts, assist with consumer loan applications, and promote products that support members’ goals while educating on fraud prevention and account security.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• One year of banking, retail, cash handling, customer service, sales, or related experience preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfort using technology and learning new systems.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service to members.
