BioLife Plasma Services, LP in DeKalb, IL is seeking a part-time Plasma Donor Screener/Phlebotomist. You will greet donors, screen donors, and perform phlebotomy to support center operations.

Expect to work evenings, weekends, and holidays with shifts typically 4–6 hours. A high school diploma is required, and you must be comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs. Prior customer-facing experience is helpful, and accuracy in records is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to walk/stand for the shift and work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• 1+ years in a customer-facing role is helpful.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and handling materials up to 32 lbs.

Responsabilités

• Answer phones, greet donors and focus on donor safety.
• Screen new and repeat donors and record vital signs.
• Use the Donor Information System and maintain donor charts.
• Coordinate donor compensation and support center operations.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and adapt to schedule needs.
