Job summary

BioLife in DeKalb, IL is hiring for a part-time plasma donor screener and phlebotomy support role. You will greet donors, answer calls, and contribute to safe donation operations in a fast-paced center.

You'll work 4 to 6 hours per day, 3 or more days per week, including Saturdays, Sundays and holidays. A high school diploma and strong customer service are required, with reliable scheduling and teamwork emphasized.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Able to stand for the entire shift and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Willing to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and greet donors while ensuring donor and team safety.
• Screen new and repeat donors and record vital signs and finger stick results.
• Maintain donor charts and coordinate donor compensation.
• Support center operations and identify process improvements as needed.
