Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to walk and stand for the full shift.
• Evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• 1+ year experience in a customer or patient-facing role is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones, greet donors, and focus on donor safety and service.
• Screen new and repeat donors, record vital signs and finger stick results.
• Use the Donor Information System, prepare donor charts, and coordinate donor compensation.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and initiate changes per company procedures.
• Work a variety of shifts, including Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
