Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to walk and/or stand for the entire shift.
• Evenings, weekends, and holidays availability required.
• Able to wear gloves for most tasks due to exposure risk.
• Customer or patient-facing experience is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones, greet donors, and ensure donor safety.
• Screen donors, record vital signs and finger stick results.
• Use the Donor Information System and maintain donor charts.
• Coordinate donor compensation and maintain accurate records.
• Support center processes and participate in shift variety including weekends/holidays.
