Job summary

Crossroads Treatment Centers is seeking a Part-time Medical Receptionist to support our Belvidere and Stanhope, NJ clinics. You will check in patients, collect payments, and assist daily operations while maintaining a courteous, professional demeanor for every patient.

The role includes guiding new patients through the intake process, coordinating specimen collections as needed, and ensuring accurate daily financial records in a fast-paced outpatient environment.

Qualifications

• At minimum, High School Diploma or GED required.
• Customer Service experience in a fast paced environment preferred.
• Experience in healthcare, addiction medicine, office administration preferred.
• Lived Addiction experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Check in patients and receive payments.
• Assist in daily operations and clerical tasks.
• Maintain a friendly, professional attitude toward patients.
• Guide new patients through their intake process.
• Coordinate urine and saliva sample collection as needed.
• Maintain daily financial records and reports.
• Coordinate intakes with medical and clinical staff.
• Provide clerical and logistical support.
• Oversee patient accounts and financial responsibilities.
