Crossroads Treatment Centers is seeking a Medical Receptionist to provide excellent customer service at our Morristown clinic. You will check in patients, process payments, and guide new patients through the intake process, ensuring a friendly, professional experience.

The role includes collecting specimens for drug screens, maintaining daily financial records, and coordinating with medical staff to support intakes.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Customer Service experience in a fast-paced environment preferred.
• Experience in healthcare, addiction medicine, office administration preferred.
• Lived Addiction experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Check in patients and receive payments.
• Guide new patients through intake process.
• Collect urine and saliva samples for drug screens as needed.
• Coordinate with medical and clinical staff for intakes.
• Oversee patient accounts and financial responsibilities.
• Maintain daily financial records and reports.
