Job summary

Crossroads Treatment Centers is seeking a Medical Receptionist to check in patients, handle payments, and support daily operations. You will guide new patients through intake and coordinate with clinical staff to ensure smooth patient flow.

The role emphasizes a friendly, professional demeanor, accurate records, and a commitment to providing excellent customer service in a busy outpatient setting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Customer Service experience in fast-paced environments preferred.
• Experience in healthcare, addiction medicine, or office administration preferred.
• Lived addiction experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service by checking in patients and receiving payments.
• Maintain a friendly, professional attitude and offer a premium, white-glove experience.
• Guide new patients through the intake process.
• Collect urine and saliva samples for drug screens as needed.
• Maintain daily financial records and reports.
• Coordinate intakes with medical and clinical staff.
• Provide clerical and logistical support.
• Oversee patient accounts and financial responsibilities.
