The role offers training and opportunities to grow in a supportive team focused on addiction treatment and patient care. You will guide new patients through intake, collect samples as needed, coordinate with clinical staff, and maintain accurate financial records.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• Customer service experience in a fast-paced environment preferred
• Experience in healthcare, addiction medicine, or office administration preferred
• Lived addiction experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Check in patients and provide excellent customer service
• Receive payments and maintain daily financial records
• Guide new patients through intake process
• Collect urine and saliva samples for screenings as needed
• Coordinate with medical staff to coordinate intakes
• Provide clerical and logistical support
• Oversee patient accounts and financial responsibilities
