Ageless Women’s Health, sister company of Ageless Men’s Health, seeks an Office Manager for our Gilbert/Mesa clinic. You’ll be the welcoming face, handling check-ins, phones, scheduling, insurance verification, and payments to ensure a smooth patient experience.

The role offers part-time hours (10 per week) at $24/hour with no nights, weekends, or on-call shifts. This is a family-minded, national healthcare organization that supports career growth in a busy, patient-centered setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in a medical office or front desk preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented.
• Knowledge of HIPAA and insurance verification.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and manage check-in/check-out for both scheduled and walk-in visits.
• Answer phones and schedule appointments.
• Verify insurance coverage and collect copays.
• Collect payments from self-pay patients immediately after visits and follow up on missed payments, including phone outreach for outstanding balances.
• Maintain accurate patient information and uphold HIPAA compliance.
• Support clinic operations and ensure smooth daily workflow.
• Deliver professional, friendly service to every patient.
