Job summary

BioLife Plasma Services is hiring part-time staff to screen donors and perform phlebotomy in our plasma centers. You will support center operations, maintain donor records, and ensure safety during scheduled hours. The role emphasizes reliability, customer service, and flexibility across evenings, weekends, and holidays.

The position includes paid training and a path to develop skills in donor care and center operations within a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to walk and stand for the entire shift.
• Evenings, weekends, and holidays required.
• Able to lift up to 5 lbs. and occasionally up to 32 lbs., rarely 50 lbs.
• 1+ years in a customer or patient-facing role is helpful.
• Potential exposure to bloodborne pathogens requiring glove use.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and greet donors, ensuring donor and team safety.
• Screen new and repeat donors and record vital signs.
• Maintain donor charts and coordinate donor compensation in the information system.
• Identify opportunities to improve center processes using approved procedures.
• Work a variety of shifts including Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
