Job summary

BioLife Plasma Center in Wisconsin is hiring part-time team members to support plasma donation operations. Shifts are typically 4–6 hours per day, 3+ days per week, with paid, interactive training to start.

You will work as a donor screener and assist phlebotomy, reporting to the Plasma Center Manager. Expect to greet donors, collect vital signs, handle donor charts, and coordinate compensation while remaining flexible for weekend and holiday coverage.

Qualifications

• Customer-focused role experience is helpful.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to walk/stand for entire shift.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and greet donors, ensuring donor and team safety.
• Screen new and repeat donors; record donor vital signs and finger-stick results.
• Use Donor Information System; prepare donor charts and coordinate donor compensation.
• Identify operational improvements and implement changes per procedures.
• Work a variety of shifts including Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.
