Job summary

ENT Baltimore is seeking a part-time Medical Assistant who is enthusiastic, organized, and patient-focused. The role supports providers with patient care and assists at the front desk.

Schedule includes locations in Lutherville and Reisterstown, with travel between sites required. The Medical Assistant will help with patient flow, exam room upkeep, and basic procedures under physician direction, including injections and immunizations.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Current CPR Certification required.
• Graduate of a Medical Assistant Program preferred.
• Minimum of two years of clinical experience preferred.
• Previous surgical experience preferred.
• Ability to work in a high-stress, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist Physicians, Mid-Level Practitioners, and RNs with patient evaluation, management, and treatment in ambulatory care.
• Maintain patient flow and upkeep of exam and treatment rooms; perform basic skills like vital signs and point-of-care testing.
• Administer intramuscular injections, immunizations, and OTC medications under physician direction.
• Stand for long periods and lift up to 30 pounds.
• Support front desk duties: scheduling, phone calls, and responding to emails.
