Job summary

ENT Specialty Partners is seeking a Medical Assistant to support back office operations, patient intake, and care coordination. Travel to Hagerstown occasionally will be required as part of the role.

The position focuses on patient vitals, charting, order entry, and collaboration with physicians to ensure efficient visits and quality care. A medical assisting diploma and CPR certification are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; medical assistant diploma preferred.
• National certification or CPR preferred.

Responsibilities

• Gather patient vitals, health history and visit reason.
• Assist doctors with exams, charting, assessment and plan.
• Order tests and imaging as needed.
• Communicate test results and prescriptions to patients.
• Prepare and assist in office procedures.
• Sterilize instruments and manage supplies.
• Scribe documentation and health records.
• Assist with allergy injections and follow-up care.
• Front desk coordination and patient flow management.
