Responsibilities

• Gathers and documents brief history and chief complaint in the medical record.
• Follows guidelines to obtain necessary testing prior to the exam and prepares the patient.
• Performs routine office testing including phlebotomy, urinalysis, vital signs, vision and hearing checks.
• Assists provider with procedures and minor surgical procedures.
• Obtains blood and urine specimens and administers injections.
