Clinical Associates in Towson, MD is seeking Certified Clinical Medical Assistants to join our multi-site team. You will travel between offices to provide front- and back-office support, triage calls, room patients, and assist during visits.

The ideal candidate holds a High School Diploma or GED and a Certified Medical Assistant credential, with strong patient care, communication, and teamwork. Willingness to travel between Baltimore County locations is essential.

• Current registration/certification with an accredited Medical Assistant program.
• Excellent patient care and customer service skills.
• Ability to learn Nextgen EMR and Phreesia application.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Assist during routine exams and triage patient calls.
• Room patients and assist during office visits.
• Provide follow-up communication to patients and families.
• Schedule appointments, procedures, or imaging.
• Provide Patient Service Representative coverage when needed.
