Job summary

Vivo Infusion is seeking a dedicated Medical Assistant to join our Multi Clinic Northern Dallas, TX team. You will welcome patients, assist clinicians, and provide compassionate care in a fast-paced setting across Aubrey, Flower Mound, and Denton locations.

The role requires clinical and administrative experience, CPR/BLS, and a patient-first approach. Part-time, non-exempt, with travel to different Dallas–Fort Worth clinics and a focus on accurate record-keeping and teamwork.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent is required.
• Medical Assistant Certification preferred; CPR/BLS required prior to start.
• 1 year of clinical experience and 1 year in admin/customer service required.
• Phlebotomy and lab processing skills are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcomes patients and assists medical staff in a busy infusion center.
• Room clinic patients and update charts; communicate patient data to providers.
• Provide front-end support: greet patients, schedule, answer calls, process payments.
